About me
My name is Zayan.
My whole childhood I did boxing but after 10 years I decided to stop as I was happy with the skills it taught me but not with my physique. I spent many years wearing black bin bags whilst training, doing 200 sit ups every morning and going crazy on the cardio but of course, nothing worked.
I started the gym eating nothing but protein & vegetables (another thing I saw on youtube) and for the first 3 months I saw no results which was killing my motivation. This is when i realised the amount of myths there were in the fitness industry.
COVID-19 kicked in and I had no access to the outside world but I did have access to a set of dumbells & a full-body gym machine. I then learnt about evidence-based training and nutrition and over the next 3 months I saw my first sustainable fitness transformation. What started off as an interest quickly turned into an obsession.
I then decided I didn't want to go to University and that i wanted to make eating and getting in shape as easy as possible for people whilst helping them not fall for all the nonsense that is out there in the fitness industry.
I then got myself qualified as a Certified Personal trainer and Strength & conditioning coach and here I am today waiting to help you.
